The easiest and cheapest option for Apple is the iPod Touch 4th Generation. For Android, it is the Samsung Galaxy Tablet. If you are buying the device just to run Jibbigo, you can get the smallest of either. If you want an Apple Tablet, you may want to try the iPad 2.
